We are pleased to announce two new appointments to our Leadership Team

Michael Knapstein has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Michael joins the Group with extensive global finance leadership experience across professional services, technology, telecommunications, and private equity backed businesses.

In this role, he will oversee the Group’s finance function and play a key role in supporting our strategic growth agenda, driving performance, and delivering long term value for our people, clients, and shareholders.

Anna Rosemeyer has been appointed as Chief People Officer. Anna joined the Group in 2012, initially at Freehills, then FPA Patent Attorneys, and for the last two years has been Davies Collison Cave’s Head of People & Culture.

Over her time with the Group, Anna has played an integral role in shaping our people strategy, strengthening our culture, and building the foundations for a modern People & Culture function aligned to our strategic priorities.
